You will receive an automated email on completion of your purchase to confirm that the transaction has gone through. If you do not receive this email please contact us for confirmation.
- Once you have purchased a ticket we will not normally refund it if you are unable to attend for any reason.
- If you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to someone else. If you transfer your ticket, please email us to tell us the name of the new ticket holder. We need this information because we check people in by name on arrival at the concert.
