- Your ticket must be paid for online at the time of purchase. If your payment fails to complete for any reason, your ticket will not be valid. You will receive an automated email on completion of your purchase to confirm that the transaction has gone through. If you do not receive this email please contact us for confirmation.
- Once you have purchased a ticket we will not normally refund it if you are unable to attend for any reason.
- If you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to someone else. If you transfer your ticket, please email us to tell us the name of the new ticket holder. We need this information because we check people in by name on arrival at the concert.
- In the event of unavailability of an advertised performer due to illness, travel restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances of the artist outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute a musicians or programme.
- If we are unable to find a suitable replacement or are affected by changes to government or local authority rules, act of war etcetera then Stockbridge music will refund your ticket on request.
